MB DRIVE students benefit from a low student to instructor ratio that increases the amount of individualized coaching and assistance each student receives from experts who possess years of Mercedes-Benz product knowledge and technical expertise. The academic curriculum also delivers a comprehensive package of classroom instruction and workshop learning that delivers more than 640 hours of training in just 16 weeks. Those who successfully complete the program of instruction may be given the opportunity to work directly in our Mercedes-Benz dealer network, and they receive assistance with applying for and interviewing with our dealer partners.
Eligible military Veterans also have the opportunity to leverage valuable GI Bill® benefits through the MB Drive Registered Apprenticeship Program, which includes both the academic training, plus an additional eight months of Mercedes-Benz Dealership On the Job Training (OJT) and mentorship.
