To become eligible for the Mercedes-Benz fleet program, your company must:

• Have 15 or more vehicles currently registered in the company name
• Apply for a Corporate Account Number (valid at all Mercedes-Benz dealerships) by filling out the Corporate Account Enrollment Form with Mercedes-Benz USA
• Provide copies of registrations and lease documentation

Executive Allowance Bonus

Mercedes-Benz offers the Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) as an expansion of the corporate fleet program, allowing eligible executives, managers to take advantage of individual vehicle allowances. Qualified executives are offered additional incentives on leased or purchased Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

In order to qualify for the EAB program, your company must:

• Be currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and have a Corporate Account Number
• Have employees who, as part of their compensation package, receive an individual vehicle allowance for the purchase or lease of a company vehicle

Executives applying for the EAB program must provide:

• A signed Executive Allowance Bonus enrollment form
• A valid driver’s license
• An example of employment documentation, such as a current pay stub or direct deposit slip

Fleet Employee Program

Qualified employees of companies that participate in the Fleet Employee Program are provided an additional incentive on the purchase or lease of a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Eligible companies for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Employee Program include the American Bar Association (ABA), American Medical Association (AMA), American Dental Association (ADA) and more. This incentive may be combined with other current offers, and most Mercedes-Benz models are eligible for the program.

In order to qualify for the Fleet Employee Program, your company must:

• Be currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and have a Corporate Account Number
• Be approved for the Fleet Employee Program and be listed on the approved Fleet Employee Program company list
